On 22 October, the third and final online plenary session within the Fashion-Up (KA220-VET) project took place. All partners from Italy, Portugal, Greece and Poland participated in the meeting. Together, we discussed key progress updates and prepared for the next stages of the project.
During the session, the following topics were addressed (according to the agenda):
Current UpTraK status and the publication of training materials on the project’s website, including recommendations for improving accessibility.
Progress in WP4 – a short recap of completed tasks and an overview of upcoming deadlines.
Intermediate check of upcycling training courses in each partner country – partners presented short reports and observations based on ongoing activities.
Catalogue for European Fashion Upcycling (WP5.1) – review of instructions and upcoming work plan.
Financial issues – a brief summary and reminder of reporting procedures.
Transversal activities – insights into evaluation, dissemination and social impact.
Useful information regarding the upcoming TPM4 in Florence, scheduled for 18–19 February 2026.
The atmosphere, as always, was highly positive, constructive and full of energy. Partners shared their experiences related to the ongoing upcycling courses and presented the first results of their work with learners.
During the discussion, we also fine-tuned details of the grand final fashion show, which will conclude the Fashion-Up project. The event will showcase original, sustainable fashion creations developed throughout the international training process.
Although the October session took place online, we will meet in person in mid-February in Florence, where workshops, rehearsals and final preparations for the fashion show will take place.
We look forward to the next steps and to celebrating the results of the Fashion-Up project together!
