Module 5 aims to equip the future sartorial artisans with a basic knowledge of business planning is mainly about the ability to distinguish upcycling from other sustainable practices such as downcycling and recycling.

 

By the end of this Module learners will:

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan for an upcycling atelier

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Conduct financial planning and budgeting for your atelier
